When we are born our hearts are the size of one of our fists. When you are an adult your heart is about the size of both of your fists together. Just like your heart grows, you grow inorder to accommodate for the size of your heart. As you grow you gain knowledge, you become more adaptable to the things and situations around you, you learn skills to help you, you find what makes you happy and what makes you unhappy.
If we know and are faithful that we will be able to walk when we stand up out of a chair, what makes us question the ability and power of our God? In all kinds of songs it talks about building a firm foundation on the rock that is Jesus and His protection.
No matter how big the situation you are facing is, no matter how hard it might be, no matter how lonely we feel, we can always hold onto the fact that we are never alone, never in complete control, never have to face anything alone. We have the blessing that nothing we can't handle or too big for us will be placed infant of us for us to face. We know that even in the situations that seam too big or too hard for us they aren't. The Bible talks about how we will be equip with everything we need, and more, to accomplish and succeed at everything we are faced with every day.
When you are feeling overwhelmed by everything that is happening around you grab ahold of the truth that your Heavenly Father says about you and over you.
You are not alone.
You are not lost.
You are not unequipped
You are not a mistake.
You are loved. You are wonderfully and beautifully made. You are made with a specific purpose in mind. You are powerful. You are worthy of all things. Your words have power. You are never forgotten. You are never not enough. You are who you are because of who you were. You are growing. You are learning. You are strong.
